We have become aware that a product we have sold – Wooden Xylophone TOY12111/OB may have a safety manufacturing defect: The balls at the end of the drumsticks are loose or not securely attached on some of the xylophones, presenting a serious risk of choking hazard to very young children.

Lot 29667 is the batch affected. The batch/lot detail can be found on the product packaging directly above the barcode label. The lot is also printed directly onto the product.

 

What should I do if I have purchased one of these items?

Please stop using this product immediately. Please return it to the retailer or stockist it was purchased from for a full refund.

If you know someone who has purchased this product, please ask them to stop using the product immediately and return it for a full refund.
