Christmas Delivery Information

The last order date for Christmas delivery is before 12pm on Tuesday 18th December 2018 for delivery on Friday 21st December 2018. Any orders placed after this date will be despatched on Thursday 3rd January 2019 for delivery on Monday 7th January 2019.

Our offices will be closed from Monday 24th December 2018 to Wednesday 2nd January 2019

European Deliveries | 5 – 10 Working Days

Collection | Monday – Friday 9am – 3pm

Orders can be collected from our warehouse, free of charge.

Orders placed before 12pm, Monday to Friday, can be collected the following working day. Orders placed over the weekend can be collected the following Tuesday.

Collection must be specified at the basket page.

Accepting an Order

All orders are palletised, shrink wrapped and covered on top to ensure all goods are kept safe and secure during transit. Whilst every effort is made to deliver orders in immaculate condition, occasionally problems can occur in transit.

If there are any visible signs of damage to the exterior pallets or cartons, please contact customer service on 01226 395095 or email customerservice@gem-imports.co.uk immediately.

All goods are delivered on trucks that use rear tail lifts, therefore you will need to ensure your desired delivery address has sufficient access for the driver to safely and legally stop to unload the delivery.

The driver is not responsible for decanting pallets, therefore you will need to use your own personal equipment where possible, to accept and take goods into your premises.

Deliveries must be signed for by an adult aged 18 or over.

Failed Deliveries

If our courier attempts delivery, and no one is present to accept, the goods will be returned and held at a local delivering depot where they will await our instruction. On this occasion, please contact customer service on 01226 395095 or email customerservice@gem-imports.co.uk

Please ensure you have provided accurate delivery details prior to the delivery of your order.
