What is pre-ordering? How does it work?

For certain departments and seasonal ranges of products, we have the ability for you to pre-order and secure your stock in advance of delivery into our warehouse. Pre-ordering guarantees you'll receive stock and won't miss out on best sellers for the busy seasons throughout the year.

You can Pre-order products that have the Pre-order badge displayed on them - it looks like this

Pre-order products can only be ordered along with products from the same range. You can't mix pre-ordered products with products from other ranges. The £500 minimum order value for orders applies to pre-orders as usual.

 

How do I create a Pre-order?

Simply navigate to the range of products that you are interested in Pre-ordering and look for the Pre-order badge. You can add as many Pre-order products as you wish to your basket but they must:

• All be from the same product range (e.g. all Halloween products).
• Have a total basket value of £500 minimum (i.e. our minimum order value of £500 applies to pre-orders too).

Checkout as normal and your Pre-ordered products will be sent when they arrive in stock. 

 

Why do I have to order pre-order products separately?

We wanted to make Pre-ordering as simple as possible, so as not to cause confusion with mixed orders of different ranges of in-stock and Pre-ordered product. Products from different ranges come into our warehouse and are ready for dispatch at different times, so we've made it so that Pre-order products are ordered only with other products from the same range to avoid mixed delivery dates. This also helps us keep our prices at a competitive level for you.

 

What is Pre-order Pay Later?

We understand that although you might want to secure your stock a long time in advance of the season, you might not always want to pay for it at the time of ordering. We now offer "Pre-order Pay Later" - select 'Pay On Account' at checkout and we'll ask for payment closer to the shipping date.

 

When will my Pre-order be delivered?

Once you've placed an order, we will be in touch to schedule a delivery date when stock becomes available. You can also leave a note in the delivery instructions box during checkout and advise on a future delivery date that best suits you. Orders are delivered (free to UK mainland post codes) within 3-5 working days. Alternatively, when available, pre-orders can be collected from our warehouse, free of charge.

When does stock come OFF pre-order?

Ranges can be available to pre-order weeks or even months in advance of the season/event. For advise on when stock will become available, please contact our Customer Service team (see below).

We have a purpose-built showroom available for you to visit (by appointment). Measuring over 4.000 square feet, the showroom contains over 4100 products, displayed in complementary ranges, including all seasonal ranges throughout the year. Each product range is fully merchandised and gives you the opportunity to see and handle each product.
