Halloween Balloon Arch

Decorate for halloween parties and events with this spooky balloon arch.

Each kit contains 41 assorted plain balloons in white, black and orange, 3 marble effect balloons, 6 pumpkin/ghost balloons and 3 black pat confetti filled balloons. Glue dots included as well as 5 metres of balloon tape, 8 card bats, 60 metres of crepe apper streamers and 3 metres of twine.

Each box comes with instructions printed on the back.
